Very slow response to the car problem. I brought in the car at 9:30 on 5/5 and didn’t get a text reply until 12:30 the next day. Communication improved after that. Used vehicle sales manager Kai and salesman Ray were excellent as well as finance director Luis. Corbin also did an excellent after sales job. Other sales people at the dealership were not as good. This seems like a management issue on assignment of walk in assignments rather than a reflection of the actual sales person. More
