Unexpected huge disappointment with the Long Beach Mercedes dealership. I bought my Mercedes sprinter almost a month ago and still cannot register it what is simply unacceptable for me as a business o Mercedes dealership. I bought my Mercedes sprinter almost a month ago and still cannot register it what is simply unacceptable for me as a business owner. I was told that I am approved by the bank, I have paid $5000 deposit and received the paperwork. The transaction has been completed and I drove over 2000 miles from California to Illinois with a car which I cannot use because it appeared that I cannot register it due to a lack of necessary paperwork needed for my car registration. I considered Mercedes dealerships as the most trustworthy car supplier for my business and could never imagine that this kind of situation would happen. My calls remain unanswered on numerous occasions or they putting me off and this is simply unacceptable. It means a month of lost business for me as a business owner and the revenue I am losing will not be reimbursed. Not to add that I cannot afford such loss, especially being given the current economic situation and the overall impact of COVID-19. In the past I bought 5 Mercedes sprinters from other Mercedes dealerships and was always happy with service received. With the current situation I am afraid the only choices left are me directing complaints to DMV, better business bureau, state attorney general and contacting the lawyer. I wish I didn’t need to take such actions but the treatment I received is simply disrespectful, especially being given such a high value purchase. This situation is ridiculos, worst dealership ever !!!!! More
