My wife & I recently purchased a 2023 Mercedes C300 from here. Upon delivery of our vehicle (out of state), we noticed a couple issues but chose to overlook them. Dog hair, dog smell and broken AC Vent in t here. Upon delivery of our vehicle (out of state), we noticed a couple issues but chose to overlook them. Dog hair, dog smell and broken AC Vent in the rear. After a few weeks the CEL comes on and during inspection we found the passenger fender liner is also completely gone. We reached out online while still under our limited warranty period. Tino told us to email him, so we did. After two weeks of no response, we sent out a follow up email. Now we’re out of our warranty period and still zero response, so this feels intentional. It’s very sad we relied heavily on the trust of this dealership to complete a thorough inspection because we purchased from out of state, and got taken advantage of. More
