When purchasing a premium car I would expect premium service, but it was below average. I had to call for status multiple times. Really enjoyed working with Carlos and the team at MB Loveland. The test drive through purchase was done expediently, and took care about not wasting our time. I love the vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle and sincere honesty was what sold on us on the car. The next day, we were in the showroom and purchased the Mercedes. Easy transaction.
