Carlos Rodriquez is an amazing salesman!!! My wife and I have been through a few cars this year so far. We have been having trouble deciding exactly what see wanted. We originally stopped by Mercedes Benz of Loveland and spoke to a sales person without purchasing a car. We returned a second time with the same result. Then we finally returned a third time and 3 different cars later. This time we meet Carlos Rodriquez. Carlos spent the time to talk to my wife and figure out exactly which car she was looking for. He gave her options, test drove many of the different models and gave her all the info needed. After being extremely patient with us Carlos got us into the car my wife had wanted from the beginning. If you visit Mercedes of Loveland ask for Carlos, he's amazing! As far as the rest of the deal goes it went fairly well. We ended up going back and forth with the salesman manager a few more times then I would have liked, but ended up getting close to the deal we were looking for. In fiance Alex Clarke was very friendly and professional. Overall I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More
