It had been thoroughly inspected, minor repairs made, and cleaned and polished. We worked with Roger Yekel, who was very friendly, honest and helpful throughout the transaction. The financial part of our purchase was handled with Alex Clarke who was also friendly and informative. After the purchase was complete they continued to offer amazing customer service by doing many small yet thoughtful acts to ensure our experience was the best it could be. These included having the car freshly washed and vacuumed (even though it was not that dirty to start with), adding beautiful licence plate covers and key rings, and a courtesy call the next day to ensure we were completely happy with the vehicle. This was a great car buying experience and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a car. More

During that time the communication from my lead salesman (Michael Baker) was outstanding. Several promises were made during the purchasing process and all were kept. As this was the first GLA45 to be delivered to the dealership, there were challenges during the delivery process. In every situation Michael and Theron stood behind their word and deliver what they promised. I would highly recommend them and the dealership to anyone interested in buying a Mercedes-Benz.
