Great Experience - easy transaction. Ray Plasencia was easy to work with, honest, transparent. Spent a lot of time walking me through the entire vehicle and features at delivery. Bought a new van there January of 2022 and it was supposed to be converted before being shipped and now I am having to pay the cost of getting it to a conversion shop next there was a recall of the v supposed to be converted before being shipped and now I am having to pay the cost of getting it to a conversion shop next there was a recall of the van and I made an appointment to get it fixed at Loveland the day before the appointment they said I would either have to leave the van there 2 weeks or reschedule 8 weeks out - I called Westminster Mercedes they got me in after a couple days and it took 1.5 hours - go to Westminster Mercedes More
