My service advisor, Josh, is impressive with his knowledge and ability to quickly understand my issues. As an engineer and pilot I sometimes need to talk directly with the mechanic to fully understand things. That is no problem for this service department. These people seem to really care, and know their stuff. Josh has decades of experience with MB vehicles and openly shares his wisdom. More
