BUYER BEWARE! ! They have receptionist’s that lie (at 3pm there is no one there in the finance department) and they have had my money for over a month. I can’t wait ! Drop off was easy with plenty of parking as I left my vehicle there after hours. They sent a text and email letting me know when my work was done. Arrived to the dealership 1 1/2 hours later but they wer vehicle there after hours. They sent a text and email letting me know when my work was done. Arrived to the dealership 1 1/2 hours later but they were unable to locate my car. Had to wait about 15 minutes before they located it in the wash. Overall I’ve always like the dealership, although it is quite dingy given that it’s a high end dealership. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. The people were nice and pleasant and handled my situation well. Even though I only gave the dealership 3 stars, I would recommend. More
