I leased two SUV’s within two months at prime Mercedes Manchester. STAY AWAY! Once you leave there is zero Communication from them. Leaving multiple messages without a call back. At one point I called every hour to finally speak to someone and they pass you along to a voicemail to someone else who will not call you back. It’s crazy. 1. 2020 GLB250. Only having this vehicle two days it was in for service for a computer swap. This took days to complete. Got the vehicle back and had some loud road noise coming from the windshield. They found out the windshield needed to be replaced. They put black Electrial tape on top of the windshield to stop the noise until the new one came in. So we drove around with black Electrial tape on the top of our new Mercedes (white) for a week! Not a good look. 2. 2nd vehicle 2020 GCL300. When going over the deal with the sales manager Fred “Can I put a trailer hitch on this vehicle?” “Yes we do it all the time no problem at all” I explain to him how important it was having a trailer hitch and he assured me I would not have a problem at all. Well it turns out you cannot put a trailer hitch on my GLC 300! Yup that’s right. Cannot be done! THANKS FRED I called multiple times to discuss this and like always sent to voicemails and no call back! Now I have a vehicle That is completely useless to me. Thanks Fred!! How do you treat customers like this? I had no choice but to trade the GLC300 for something I could Actually tow with. STAY AWAY FROM PRIME MERCEDES MANCHESTER! Oh and still no call back. Ridiculous More
