I spoke with an advisor who assured me I could safely make my trip as long as the light wasn't flashing; we set up an appt for the day after I returned. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the offending part (which they had in stock) while I waited. Turns out it was covered by warranty, so it didn't cost anything. The waiting room was comfortable and had snacks and coffee, etc. The service advisor kept me informed as the work was being done. And the car was washed and vacuumed before I got it back. More

Great service I went in to have my temporary inspection sticker replaced to a permanent one. I had no appointment and said I needed to be in and out in 30 mins.
