Service was ok but the service advisor Tuyen was horrible. Never responsive and extremely slow and had no sense of customer service. Completely lacked communication and never proactive to provide an horrible. Never responsive and extremely slow and had no sense of customer service. Completely lacked communication and never proactive to provide an update. I am a customer of MB of Marin since 2011 and have bought 4 vehicles from there and all services done at your place. But this guy Tuyen was my worst advisor!!! More
