Mick Palermo made up for the poor automated customer interfaces. Why waste time with a "chat" to set an appointment when the booker is live? Poor quality for a premium brand. The management ought to ask an impartial friend or relative to test this "system" in light of the brand's price point and service cost. Ordered 4 new tires for Mercedes 350eqe which had less than 20k miles yet all tires were worn out. Mercedes doesn’t tell you the weight of the battery/car is so heavy it wears out tires. Brought in on a M than 20k miles yet all tires were worn out. Mercedes doesn’t tell you the weight of the battery/car is so heavy it wears out tires. Brought in on a Monday promised for Tuesday, called Tuesday and told no tires until Friday. On Friday they tell me fed ex messed up, tires ready on Monday. Pick up Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning check tire pressure indicator goes off showing all tires improperly inflated. After messing with that adjustment find out Saturday that one tire has supposedly picked up a mail and needs replacement. I’m waiting for latest tire to show up. Mercedes should disclose their cars are so heavy they burn out tires in less than 20k miles. All that said my service advisor was extremely helpful and I have no problem with the staff there. Lily was pleasant, knowledgeable and accurate in her timing estimates- all excellent qualities in a service advisor. Great sense of humor which also is appreciated.
