Super good service. My advisor kept me informed along the way including when they found damage to wiring in engine. Waiting area super comfy with snacks & beverages. Dealership was clean, run like clock work, & very organized. The agents are generally professional. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. MZ is quick to offer a loaner car when they deem it nec organized. The agents are generally professional. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. MZ is quick to offer a loaner car when they deem it necessary— a very nice perk, and you normally have a warranty on their work…( and you should because the invoices or cost is fairly high, Mercedes!) Two hour service took 3 hours. I was told they couldn’t find my car so it took awhile to locate. Car was not washed or vacuumed. I was told they couldn’t find my car so it took awhile to locate. Car was not washed or vacuumed. More

I recently had a frustrating experience with Mercedes-Benz of Marin while trying to purchase a vehicle from out of state. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. We agreed on a final Mercedes-Benz of Marin while trying to purchase a vehicle from out of state. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. We agreed on a final price including shipping, and the dealership was set to ship the car to me. However, when I received the contract, I noticed a clause stating that the vehicle would be available for me to take possession at the dealership. Since this was not what we agreed upon, I reached out to the salesperson for clarification. I was told that the clause was just "California language" and that I shouldn't worry about it. Despite this reassurance, I requested to see the final numbers before consenting to anything. My request was reasonable—I simply wanted to ensure everything was transparent. To my surprise, instead of addressing my concerns, the sales manager “Zac” called me and questioned my trust in him. The conversation quickly escalated, and out of nowhere, the sales manager informed me that they were canceling the deal, despite the fact that I had never indicated I was no longer interested in the purchase. This experience left me disappointed and questioning the professionalism of this dealership. What could have been a straightforward transaction turned into an unnecessary conflict due to a lack of clear communication and a dismissive attitude towards a legitimate concern. I had hoped for better transparency and customer service. More
