I had purchased my used E350 from Mercedes of Marin a while back. Matt Goldman was my sales rep and from start to finish ensured the best purchasing experience. When a couple minor issues arose later on down the road, I tried to file a warranty claim with my local dealer in MB Pleasanton, however they were misinformed on the coverage and said it won’t be covered. I called Matt and he connected me with Donald, the service rep in Marin. These guys not only said that was not correct but also said with confidence that they will make sure that all issues are addressed for me under my warranty. Despite the longer distance, I took my car to MB of Marin and they went above and beyond to get the repairs done. I am so fortunate to deal with this dealership, and particularly with Matt and Don.
