Did the online thing picked a car that was $77,000 got one that was $68,000 when I talked to Steve Montana (who I don’t see listed any more) he told me I’m getting a fully loaded top of the line truck and said it was a fight with the sales manager to get the price he did. Blinded by the joy getting our first Mercedes I guess I over looked everything when we got to the dealership and never saw the sticker for the truck. Now that we were looking to pay off this one for my son and lease the newer 2020 GLE I found the real sticker price I’m disgusted by what I really got how they took advantage of us. Never again I’ll give this one back and never look back. Dealing with the people at Range Rover/Jaguar and the BMW dealerships have been great. I WILL NEVER do a MERCEDES again. Even the process after we got the truck was bad. He kept hounding us to do his review with Mercedes so my wife did with out my consent and gave him a great review and after that if I had problems or questions he ignored us would never get back to us said he would look into things and never did. Most horrible experience I have ever had with a car dealership you would think they would treat you differently when you spend as much as they ask. More
