Excellent Customer Service Nicole was very helpful from the start as she greeted me she started inputting my vehicle (GLE350) into their system to have it serviced. She explained clearly the process of getting a loaner and servicing of my vehicle. She called me once the technicians informed her of the work needed and the cost. Now the Technicians made an error and she was so apologetic and offered to get me a 10% discount off the entire price which was cool of her. Every was great after that.. I picked up my car the following day and was happy but just one thing that wasn't her fault yet she still apologized was they didn't clean my car. I will definitely be asking for her assistance the next time I go in for service. Thanks Nicole. More
