Poor experience with sales and the Fianance dept I regret buying an off brand from Mercedes of Massapequa, the fianace guy was difficult to deal with, he did not want to help me. His words to me we really: "I sell Mercedes, not Dodge trucks". I would call this discrimination! The sales person was no help either, they deliver a car to me with only one key, and has not return an email or phone on the status of the replacement key. Very poor customer service. I guess only the people who buy top dollar Mercedes get the attention. More
