Called for info re: nav system. Was given misinfo by service desk. 33 minutes on hold for Vincent-the manager. Was given misinformation by him. Finally corrected problem after 33 minutes on hold listening to their advertisement. Very inconsiderate to say the least. More

Finally, there was a car that caught my eye, which was at Mercedes Benz of Massapequa. The rest is history. Greg Galardi and Robert Mclaren made this upsetting emotional experience an enjoyable one. Specifically because of their Customer Service, concern and professionalism. These two guys truly represented Mercedes Benz of Massapequa. After traveling six hours from Massachusetts to Amityville NY to pick our E350 Mercedes Benz I must say, it was well worth the trip. all i can say is an amazing experience from beginning to end. briefly it all started with an internet form i filled out and the quick response from robin duquette. she made me feel valued and pointed me in end. briefly it all started with an internet form i filled out and the quick response from robin duquette. she made me feel valued and pointed me in the right direction. within a few conversations with robin i finally felt like this was going to be the "mercedes benz" experience i was looking for. she set me up with a preferred cutomer id number and a salesperson to deal with and scheduled my appointment for me. from there edvin bilali and kevin crandon took over and made my dreams come true and got me into a beautiful C63 AMG that same day, the car of my dreams. edvin was an informative staight forward and professional sales person. he explained everything to me and made it very easy to understand and trust what i was getting was a great deal. kevin then made all the numbers from my trade in to purchase work and made it possible to drive home that same day with the car i was looking for. this is my second mercedes benz and definitely not my last. im looking forward to continuing my valued relationship with mercedes benz of massapequa. my only regret is that i did'nt buy my first mercedes from massapequa! i would and already did recommend mercedes benz of massapequa to a friend!!
