In trying to resolve a lease return with Tod. I have literally called him over a dozen times and have received nothing but empty promises, I think he returned just one call and if I didn't keep calling, literally called him over a dozen times and have received nothing but empty promises, I think he returned just one call and if I didn't keep calling, I would probably never hear from him at all. The car was returned back in April, here we are in November, and there is still no resolution. How disappointing. More

I looked online for this car and spoke with Chris. He was so extremely polite and friendly and knowledgeable that i drove 2 hours from Connecticut to NY to pick up the car. I bought a certified 2009 ML350 from Chris and couldn't be happier with the experience. The price was very competitive - enough for me to fly from DC for it - and Chris still worked with me to get a deal o be happier with the experience. Mr. Bilali was very reassuring that this could be easily done, and lined up all of the documentation needed for a streamlined transaction-- They really knew what they were doing. The vehicle it was pristine, in full working order and exactly as described. Edvin went the extra mile to ensure that the vehicle was as complete and near-new as possible. While waiting in very nice showroom and waiting area we were treated to fresh sandwiches and dessert while paperwork and vehicle were prepared. Having driven the car now for 3,000 miles and following an inspection from a local dealer (which was perfect), the car remains trouble free and is still near-new. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership and from Edvin. I am looking to buy another new or used vehicle from him in the near future-- This means something because I've never felt this way about any of my previous 5 auto purchase experiences at other dealerships.
