I bought a certified E350 4MATIC 2 years ago and was very happy with the salesperson and dealership experience. I actually was able to meet Hank for the first time because he left his Saturday morning sales meeting to help me. He was very professional, courteous and personable. He made my purchase that Saturday of a 2010 certified ML350 4MATIC memorable. I was able to pick up my new car that afternoon. The trade in process and purchase was smooth and precise. Hank called me that Monday to make sure I loved the car, which I do. This is how a car purchase transaction should be. More

Excellent experience! I drove 100 miles to see a car, which was sold by the time I got there (It was my fault since I did not call the dealer prior my trip.) Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa has great variety of certified preowned cars and the flexible and professional staff members really go way beyond any buyers expectations. They give me a way better deal on another certified vehicle, without the unnecessary "run-arounds" . i researched every mercedes dealer in the area and got many quotes on a 2012 c300 lease. i was in a 2010 vw cc lux and wanted to get out of my lease early. after visiting several dealers i had gotten the many quotes on a 2012 c300 lease. i was in a 2010 vw cc lux and wanted to get out of my lease early. after visiting several dealers i had gotten the run around as they were all looking to make the extra buck. when i arrived at MB of Massapequa, i was greeted by a very freindly staff and Lauren was incredible she went that extra mile to find the Exact car i wanted. i was picky on my options and she found the car and gave me a price i could not refuse. she even got me a great deal on getting out of my VW lease. I was so pleased with my experience. usually car buying is a hassle but not here. they go above and beyond to make sure you the customer was happy. i was even given a tutorial by lauren on how to use the advanced multimedia equip. in the car and she was very helpuful with all the "gadgets" A+++++ Christian More
I had an amazing experience at Mercedes with lauren and Aja. I was able to come out of my Lexus is250 2010 lease early, with a great rate and an affordable price. Please consider the two of these employees for a raise. I spent several hours with Lauren and think it is truly incredible how well she sealed the deal with little to no headaches. I live out of state and was looking for a good used Mercedes-Benz SUV. I viewed this dealers website of used cars and found a car that I wanted to buy. Because I was from out of state I requested add Mercedes-Benz SUV. I viewed this dealers website of used cars and found a car that I wanted to buy. Because I was from out of state I requested additional photos of the car from the sales consultant. Come to find out, the car that I wanted to buy wasn't the car in the pictures. (Big Issue) This dealer misrepresented what they were selling with the photo of a different car. Because of their error, I asked them to install running boards that was shown on the website car (not the car I was going to buy). They GM would not do it because of cost. My point was this was an error on there part and they now weren't willing to correct it. In the end, we didn't trust this dealership enough to buy the car. I would suggest when dealing with this dealership I would make sure the car you are looking at online is the car you are buying. Not a good experience at all. More

A couple weeks ago i went back to the above location in hopes of purchasing a 2011 e350 and a sales manager name kevin yelled at me saying "get behind the computer and find a deal, i price these cars" all because i asked for a lower price. Kevin was acting rude, thugish,cocky and very getto.kevin then went on to say the whole massapequa staff changed this is not 2006 anymore. I left and went to mecerdes benz Rockville centre where i was treated like a human being so i spent $50000 on a 2011 e350. My name is clarence shury i stand by what i said.people go to Rockville centre don't put up with #%#@ at Mercedes massapequa. Months ago I complained to a manager named lance at Mercedes massapequa about a problem i had with an employee name willie in the parts department. Lance told me to take my business else where and really didnt take time to listen. Willie (married)in parts department was harassing me and my wife.This location does not respond to complaints at all. More
