I spent $86K on a new CLS 550 and absolutely love the car - until I would run over a pothole or a pebble. The rims are so soft that the tires blow out all the time and the rims bend. I purchased tire and rim insurance from this dealer and they have never honored the insurance. They find ways out of honoring the insurance (the tire holds air even though you cannot drive it). Then I s/w a different mercedes person who informed me that this dealer sold me after market rims with the BM logo! Amazing! They have not tried to help in any way. They had two service managers who committed to helping and to replacing the rims, but both were fired before they honored their word and the owners didn't back them up. All in all, I would never deal with this dealer again! The worst! More

I had tried another dealer closer to my home and found that Mercedes of Massapequa actually gave me a newer car with less mileage( more warranty) than the other dealer and they just kept on producing.
