I have bought and leased many cars over the years, however my experience at MB Massapequa has surpassed the others by far.Kevin Crandon greeted my wife very warmly, was very accommodating and knowledg however my experience at MB Massapequa has surpassed the others by far.Kevin Crandon greeted my wife very warmly, was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted.I did not intend to close a deal on my first visit, however ended up doing so because Kevin and his supervisor made the transaction seemed so effortless.I was given ample time to test drive and compare between the C300 luxury and sport models which was valuable in helping me to make my choice. A few days after I took delivery, Kevin called to make sure that things were going well. I picked up a sharp object in one tire about one week after delivery, and all it took was one phone call, he had someone there to assist me although it was after the normal service hours. Way to go MB Massapequa, I'm glad that I found you. More
When my wife and I decided to start shopping for a replacement of her 2006 Infiniti, we did not have 100% intention of driving away in a Mercedes 2009 E350! After a generous greeting inside the dealership from Jessica Martinez and Jessica allowing us to test drive various models, it was apparent that my wife would not settle for anything less than the Mercedes quality. I was sold on the safety features as we're trying for a family and the E350 had some seriously great reviews. I was extremely impressed with Jessica's knowledge of engine spec's on the models she presented to us! In addition, Bob (Finance guy) was awesome to deal with and made handing over the deposit as pain-free as it could be. Needless to say, we'll be back! More
This is my first MercedesBenz. What a great shopping experience. I visited 3 different dealerships & found Massapequa to be the best. Tod Foster was an excellent sales rep. Mercedes Benz of Massapequa is a top quality dealership to work with. I have been a customer of theirs for the past 3 years, I have recently leased my 2nd Mercedes from their dealership. I previously had l to work with. I have been a customer of theirs for the past 3 years, I have recently leased my 2nd Mercedes from their dealership. I previously had leased a C230 from them and now a C300. Their service department is the greatest. Hats off to Richard Micieli and Juan Martinez. With my 2007 C230 last year when there was incredible flooding on Long Island, my car got submerged and the engine needed to be replaced. Well, for a mere $21,000 Allstate insurance paid for a new engine, it was in for service for an estimated 4-6 weeks due to the leadtime to get a new motor. The dealership not only gave me a loner car for the full time of the repair, but the repair was actually repaired in under 23 days, under their original estimate of 4-6 weeks. The repair worked out great. I always return to the dealership every couple of weeks for my FREE car wash !! And Bagels and coffee in the service department. Every time I call for service, there is always a loaner car, even for last minute appointments. If they can't provide me a loaner car, they have always provided an Avis or Enterprise Rent a car loaner. During this past summer I had a problem that I Bent a stabilizer bar connecting to the radiator, this happened at one of those concrete stantions in a parking lot that got caught on the low spoiler. Again, the car was in their body shop for 2 weeks, and Juan Martinez and Gary Wexler provided me a loaner car for the full duration as I did not have rental car coverage with my insurance. Juan and Gary certainly do know how to take care of their service customers. This past October 30th, I came into the dealer for routine service, and I noticed that the Bagels were gone from the service department, and there were Muffins !!! Yuck !! Anyway, I spoke to Gary Wexler, the General Manager about this, and he explained the dealer was spending over $1000 a month on Bagels. Well, I was really upset about the Bagels, well.. I was talking to Gary about this, and he explained other dealers don't have bagels. But I mentioned that is why this dealer is special. Anyway, I was telling him my lease was up soon and this Bagel situation was important. Well, we ending up sitting down, and he explained about the Roll Forward program that Mercedes paid my last 5 payments to get me into a new car. So in speaking with Gary and my sales man Daniel Grabina, I ended up getting a new C-300 that day. And I should mention Gary did reconsider the Bagels and they are back !! (Wrapped in plastic I should add). This is a great dealership that will sincerely do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. I really mean that. More

There is no way that we would ever consider buying another car from anyone other than Jessica Martinez. Ms. Martinez stands out among the typical car salesman, as she exudes such a sincere warmth and charisma with her customers in every way. You do not want to ever deal with anyone else after such a positive car shopping experience with Ms. Martinez. This is a rare attribute in today's world. My First Experience with was the reason I shopped with Mercedes Ben Of Massapequa. I stopped by on a Sunday evening around 6:30PM when the dealer was closed and Lyle took around 45 min to and Hour of his Mercedes Ben Of Massapequa.
