I have been a BMW customer for years. I saw a new Mercedes dealership open in my home town so I stopped in met a salesperson, Tod Foster, and literally purchased a new car within a 1/2 hour. My First Experience with was the reason I shopped with Mercedes Ben Of Massapequa. I stopped by on a Sunday evening around 6:30PM when the dealer was closed and Lyle took around 45 min to and Hour of his Mercedes Ben Of Massapequa. This was my first time at this particular Mercedes dealership for service. I usually go to the one at Rallye, but when I had a problem with my car, they didn't help me the way Massapequa did. I had a huge job which required a rental for over 2 weeks which they didn't really need to take care of because the insurance could have covered it. They accommodated me with all my needs dealing with my insurance company and adjuster. They are courteous, professional and I would highly recommend anyone trying to bring their car into service there. More
