Generally I purchase BMW's but saw a new dealership open in town so I stopped in. I met Tod Foster who turned me around in about 10 minutes. This was my first time at this particular Mercedes dealership for service. I usually go to the one at Rallye, but when I had a problem with my car, they didn't help me the way Massapequa did. I had a huge job which required a rental for over 2 weeks which they didn't really need to take care of because the insurance could have covered it. They accommodated me with all my needs dealing with my insurance company and adjuster. They are courteous, professional and I would highly recommend anyone trying to bring their car into service there. More
