I found my car on cars.com & decided to call MB of Massapequa directly. From the very beginning, Craig assured me that he was going to do his best to try to make it happen. He never once made me feel like I couldn’t get the car, he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t want or need, and he was honest about what made sense to get and what didn’t. I already knew I loved the car but it was Paul who successfully convinced my dad, who is probably the cheapest man in America, that my car was a great buy! I’ve never heard so many “wows” from my dad as Paul was explaining all of the features of the car. I didn't even know about the Mercedesme app. It was when he had me download it on my phone and synced it with the car that I truly started to feel like the car was mine. Throughout my verification process from the bank I had so many questions and I bugged Craig every day. He never made me feel like I was being annoying even though I know I was. Him and Ed worked really hard to get me approved and cleared from the bank. I can admit, I don’t have the best credit, but Craig said he would make it happen and he did. Now my car is home and I’m in love with it. I couldn’t thank him enough. I’ll definitely come back to him when I’m ready to upgrade! :) MB of Massapequa really does have the best team! It took me 2 hours to get to the dealership since I live in NJ and I don’t regret it. Everyone I met with was super friendly, very knowledgeable and not pushy. Definitely a trip worth taking.
