Amazing Experience I was a long time BMW customer who switched to a new GLE AMG 63S this past February, the car had an abnormal engine issue (1 in a million) and this wa I was a long time BMW customer who switched to a new GLE AMG 63S this past February, the car had an abnormal engine issue (1 in a million) and this was something I could not live with. Matt Dency stepped in heard my story and connected me with MB USA and in less than a week they purchased my car back. Due to the new GLE they do not yet make the AMG 63 for the new style, they asked what would I like to have and we will make sure you are happy as that is all that matters. I chose the S560 and made certain requests, they ensured I had the exact car I wanted, kept me in an S class loaner until my car arrived. Oliver then stepped in and handled the actual sale, everything was done without me having to be inconvenienced and ready for me when I walked in. They took a situation that most would have run from and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and made it painless. Corporations should take notice of this as it is a lost art of taking care of people this way. I will be both a customer of MB of Massapequa and MB for many years to come, they have a raving fan. More
Such an excellent experience. The dealership sold me a car with a perfect CARFAX. Every piece of work done on the car is to be put on car fax . Consequentially, Nothing that Massapequa was put on my carfa car with a perfect CARFAX. Every piece of work done on the car is to be put on car fax . Consequentially, Nothing that Massapequa was put on my carfax as of yesterday, aside from the oil change at mb Huntington. Can’t change that now gentleman. What you’ve done is illegal. It’s been verified by 3 dealerships the front end was replaced on the car. So it’s unfortunate for the owner of this dealership to have a staff so inadequate. With such lack of character, nothing to stand for. Such an unfortunate thing to do and just an uncomfortable situation, . Discovery phase is an interesting piece of finding false records, nothing done in my Mercedes at mb Massapequa ( see prior post) had been put On carfax. And there was a significant amount of adjustments/ replacements , paint work and body work , if I hear about a paint test again , since I’ve owned from whomever had it prior. It’s comical now, amount of work done at the collision shop in Freeport. While over 1, ooo miles was put on my car. The caveat is the lack of response doesn’t show this is an issue of no warrant, it shows a tremendous amount of wrong doing.with no accountability. As well accountability is an integral piece of saying, our dealership was wrong , how can we save you the trouble and fix the issue. . I suggest each and everyone that has or plans on purchasing a CPO from Massapequa , take your business elsewhere. Best of luck The Long Family. . More

I started doing my research and decided to visit this dealer based on reviews. I visited the dealer late and Nelson said he will help me out. From the moment he met with me the entire deal was transparent. He asked me what I was looking for and what was most important to me. He told me he will do everything to meet or exceed my expectations and he did just that. His professionalism was apparent that he lead every deal by being customer obsessed. I would recommend everyone to ask for her Nelson he is very upfront and honest which is not expected in this industry especially stemming from my previous encounter with another dealer. This is the first time I’ve ever posted anything online insofar any experience I have ever had , anywhere. My hope is to inform the public of how things go at this dealership. My father has always purchased our families Mercedes from the Fairfield Connecticut dealership, we’d service them at Massapequa and had never had an issue, these were routine services which would be indicative their service staff had been adequately trained in completing an oil change. We purchased a CPO white 2016 C300 on December 15, 2018. They pulled the car up to me with a shattered mirror housing. I mentioned it to the salesman who sold me the vehicle, his response was I’ll call you tomorrow and you’ll drop it off in service they’ll handle it. A month had gone by, and after several phone calls I decided to go to the dealership. In the interim I had noticed other damage in the body of the car, so I look under the hood. Nothing was securing the passenger side headlight casing. While washing my car, I had also noticed the hood was not level it was lifted about a half an inch on the passenger side and not one of my 4 doors close with alignment to the car. After 2 repair orders my trust was gone but I brought the car to them I was dealing with service at the time, to get to the point there going to fix any I’ve noticed that they notice as well free of charge to me. People should understand, gentleman I’ll express to you at Massapequa, it’s not the money, it’s the value a car may hold in our life. My father purchased this car for me, that means something in my heart, respect your profit. I’m sorry, your clients. I drop the car off for the third repair in May. Picked it up august 11. The head light casing was secured . As well I had tracked my car throughout. It was taken from their Freeport dealership to a personal residence daily. Which I have pictures of and will be emailed over to the Attorney General with other forged service documentation and my records as well. The (Freeport body shop) mb MASSAPEQUA and Freeport bmw share the same owner. They put 1,603 miles on my car. My paperwork states they put one mile on it, they threw it over the 30000 mile mark and that particular day couldn’t find the paperwork. I’ve got all records now, due to the failed repair attempts my driver side door now periodically loses the seal to the body of the car. When my Father signed for the car, we didn’t think this would be part of our conversation a year later. Please be aware of my situation isolated or not is a disappointment and the lack of respect for something someone else owns baffling to me. “Always , our customers are number 1” their quote not mine.
