My service advisor Scott Lambert was great. He explained from the beginning what services were covered with my appointment, total cost of the service, and kept me in the loop with videos too. We recently had our car serviced and want to commend Cheyne for the outstanding service we received. He was very thorough in explaining the problem and kept me updated throughout the process." We were told a loaner vehicle was not available the day we brought our vehicle to be serviced. The repairs took a little longer than expected, Cheyne sped that process up and we were able to get a loaner until our vehicle was ready. We expressed to him our disappointment in the customer service we received when we brought the car in Dec to be serviced, when picking it up, it had not been vacuumed, nor washed. Cheyne personally vacuumed the vehicle and made sure it had been washed. He was even kind and thoughtful enough to leave a surprise in the car seat for our grandson :) Thank you Cheyne for the GREAT customer service! More
