The service manager did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my vehicle once I was able to talk with him. However, it took two days to get the results from the diagnostics code and it required me was wrong with my vehicle once I was able to talk with him. However, it took two days to get the results from the diagnostics code and it required me calling the dealership several times to get information. I guess they were busy, which is a good sign. Also, picking up my vehicle was a bit confusing. I was waiting out front for it and after a few minutes I went to look for it. I found it just around the corner, running, and no one in it. So I got in and drove off, which anyone could have done. There wasn't any clear hand-off to me. More
