I brought my Sprinter based motorhome in for a recall and because they did a full inspection, they detected a failed valve stem on one of my interior tires. Our service manager was outstanding. I appreciate him working with our tight schedule. I did have to drive 40 minutes to get the appointment with the service person. The people who book the appointme working with our tight schedule. I did have to drive 40 minutes to get the appointment with the service person. The people who book the appointment were not helpful, and had me booked out 2 weeks. Thank goodness my efforts in going in person to make the appointment paid off.
