Rick Nelson my service advisor deserves a 5 star review, secondly to his communications and efficiency and quickness in completing an almost $10000.00 repair job prior to his vacation. I picked up the car after I brought the car in on a Monday and this complicated job required tires, wheels and new steering linkage, front end alignment and sensor reprogramming was completed in 4 days. The 5 star review was ruined when on the following Monday while driving the sensors for faulty break lights and rear blind spot monitoring became active. I called the service department at the Midlothian to seek advice and explained to the receptionist that I was aware that Mr Nelson was on vacation I was driving across the state and needed advice I was told all service advisors were busy and some one would return my call. This was a week ago after writing two checks that totaled almost $ 10000. I can’t say my service was great other than Mr Nelson I’ve waited a week to write this review so I could assure myself that my communication would not be hostile but factual. Ron Gaertner More
