Ron was nice to work with and I appreciated the drop off of the car. Was a long day for him. What was disappointing was the plated protection which was automatically added as non optional. I believe this is of the car. Was a long day for him. What was disappointing was the plated protection which was automatically added as non optional. I believe this is deceiving to the customer and a gouging technique. This should be optional only. This was an added $1300 which is listed into the value of the car. This increased the taxes on the vehicle as well as the person property tax of Virginia. Not a nice way to handle customers. More
