Took vehicle in for state inspection and wobbly noise under car. Was given a loaner (2024 C300). Dropped vehicle off on a Thursday evening and received loaner for service on a Friday morning. Vehicle was under car. Was given a loaner (2024 C300). Dropped vehicle off on a Thursday evening and received loaner for service on a Friday morning. Vehicle was ready that Friday evening. I was very disappointed in the follow up with the service department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes.
