We have been so disappointed with the experience at MB of MB. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Not only was our sales representative lacking knowledge about Mercedes in general (literally could not figure out how to pu MB. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Not only was our sales representative lacking knowledge about Mercedes in general (literally could not figure out how to push a button to have them unlock), but then within 48 hours our check engine light came on. Although this can be relatively common for European cars, I still felt they should service it to find out what the issue was. No follow-up, nothing! Here we are 35 days later, our tags are expired and we have heard nothing back in a week after emails and calls. There are other places to find a wonderful car, save your frustration and time and go there. More

Mike Sclafani greeted me at the front door with a bright smile and eagerness to see what sort of vehicle I had in mind. Within 5 minutes I was looking at the S Class 550 that I would purchase 2 days later when my son Parker arrived in Myrtle Beach. It’s been almost 3 years since I leased my MB SUV from Corbin Jarrett at Myrtle Beach MB. Now that’s it’s almost that time to turn in my lease, I immediately contacted Corbin to go over lease-end options. Corbin Jarrett at Myrtle Beach MB. Now that’s it’s almost that time to turn in my lease, I immediately contacted Corbin to go over lease-end options. When we spoke, he immediately remembered me and the details of my 3 year old lease. So impressive! Even though I relocated to Dallas TX, Corbin did not hesitate to explain my lease-end options. He’s so knowledgeable about MB and BMW vehicles and helped me narrow down the vehicle for my next lease. Texas isn’t the easiest state to lease from due to weird sales tax parameters so I’m stuck having to lease through a Texas dealership. Darn! I love that Corbin treated me as amazing as he did the first day I leased my car from his dealership. His attitude is “once you’re my customer, you’re always my customer!” I've purchased/leased many vehicles in the last 18 years and my lease experience with Corbin from 3 years ago still ranks as one of my favorite vehicle transactions! Corbin Jarrett sold my dad a e450 2019 mercedes. When he got the car home, he realized some listed parts were missing. He went back to the dealer, and while Corbin didn't deny that the owner's manual and m got the car home, he realized some listed parts were missing. He went back to the dealer, and while Corbin didn't deny that the owner's manual and maintenance manuals disappeared while the car was still at the dealer, he said there was nothing he could do about it. When my dad asked where he could get the manuals, Corbin told him "Germany." So that was the extent of the courtesy and integrity extended to a 90 year old man who had just paid cash plus his cadillac for the new mercedes. I find this extremely disappointing. The physical books were supposed to be in the car, and my father, who is 90, does not know how to use a PC, so he won't be finding anything online. If anyone needed these physical manuals, it was my dad. My dad did manage to get the operators manual, as he still had the keys to the cadillac he traded in. Dad refused to hand over the keys until the operators manual was "found." Corbin did miraculously find it. But the maintenance manual was not a part of the operators manual, and my dad needs this. He lives alone, is deaf, but is completely independent otherwise. Without his car, he can't do his food shopping, banking, etc. and depends upon it. I would appreciate if this dealership, and Corbin Jarrett will find the physical maintenance manual and give it to my father. I have screen shots of these posts, so they won't disappear forever. I decided to order a new car back in January and my local dealer in Charleston was unable to meet me at my price point so I gave the folks at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach a call. I was fortunate enough to get connected with Mike Maely who was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were able to work out a deal at my desired price point and he was very quick to respond to emails and answer all my questions whenever they came up throughout the process. He kept me up to date on build date, shipping vessel, and delivery from the port to the dealership. At pickup, he did a great job of teaching me the ins and outs of my new car and has checked in a few times over the past 2 weeks to make sure everything is going well. If you're looking for a new Mercedes or BMW, I highly recommend giving Mike a call and seeing what he can do for you. I will absolutely be talking to him in the future when I'm back in the market for a new vehicle. More
