Lucky and thankful I was almost 40 miles from Myrtle Beach when a belt broke making the car hard to steer. Our plans was to vacation on Friday and leave on Sunday. My I was almost 40 miles from Myrtle Beach when a belt broke making the car hard to steer. Our plans was to vacation on Friday and leave on Sunday. My battery light can up on my dash stating I needed to get the car to the dealership. I called and talked with Mark to let him know I was on my way in a tow truck. Once I arrived, he took good care of me and was told I would be leaving the area on Sunday. He did an assessment of the car quickly and put a tech on the job. I appreciated everyone's effort to get me and my husband back on the road so our mini vacation was not ruined. I (we) were elated with the superior customer service and putting us 1st! More

I called Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach and talked to a service representative who"s name was Mark. I told Mark my problem and said I was scheduled to return to CT in two days with my grandchildren and was concerned about breaking down on the highway. I was told to come in the next day at 11 am. I was out of there by 1 pm with a peace of mind. I would like to add the cost was 0.00 it seems the Mercedes - Benz dealer in CT where I had it serviced did not install the intake box on properly. That is what I call service with a honest staff. More
