My 1st time experience with Mercedes has been amazing so far! I worked with Guido and let me just say, he was all around amazing! I've always hated going to "big name" dealerships just because of the hard/forced salesmen, especially as a single female. This was not that! And that made the difference for me. I felt like Guido, finance & the service department all worked as a team in my best interest; and you can't say that too often with some of these other dealerships. I appreciated the friendly environment, knowledgeable staff & costumer service. More
