I was 10 min late due to a Doctors appointment where I was delayed by 40 min. I called ahead to let Mercedes know this, also I wanted to top up the gas, which I did before turning the loner vehicle in. T was delayed by 40 min. The service person checking me out behaved cross with me despite my apologies and despite the front desk telling me it would be ok after I explained why I was running a bit late. I was disappointed that I was received with a poor attitude since my being a few minutes late was not intentional. I am so grateful to Steve Curina and the administration at MB of North Haven. It turned out that my car that I purchased in August had an unplanned acceleration problem which caused me to be in two accide at MB of North Haven. It turned out that my car that I purchased in August had an unplanned acceleration problem which caused me to be in two accidents. Mercedes Corporate was unable to find the cause of the problem. My car came out of the body shopTuesday afternoon. I explained to Steve that I felt unsafe in that car and we discussed my getting a different car. Steve was wonderful. He helped me replace the car with a newer model. I will be a loyal customer I had a newer car in 21 hours after my visit. Thank you!!!! Sue Sousa More
