Unique car buying experience For the first time we purchased a new car, MB E350, without visiting the showroom of the dealership. We had previously researched the car we were For the first time we purchased a new car, MB E350, without visiting the showroom of the dealership. We had previously researched the car we were interested in leasing, and through email and phone correspondence, we navigated the entire car buying experience in less than a day. We had direct communication with upper level management and they responded immediately to every text, email and phone message (within seconds or minutes). The final deal was substantially better than any other dealership and we were very appreciative of the persistence of Bernie and Joe to see the deal through. The involvement of top management was very impressive and for a day they made us feel like the only customer of The Collection Auto Group. The car delivery process also was great Dee Wolfe brought the car directly to our front door (40-50 miles away) the next afternoon. Dee was personable and informative about every detail of the car, even getting the remote control set up for the garage door. Dee also was a great ambassador of the company and was quick to point out the family oriented culture of the business and its corporate leadership. Knowing that employees of an organization are happy employees isn't necessary to purchase a car, but it does leave you with a positive impression.
