When I arrived at the dealership everyone was so helpful and friendly, once we settled on the car that I was interested in they gave me a very fair trade in value on my car and the deal was done. Alex was very knowledgeable about the feature and showed me around the vehicle. He called the next day to make sure everything was OK-I explained to him that we were having a little trouble getting the garage door opener synched with the new Merceds and he offered to come out or send someone out to my house to help. I could not be happier with the car or the dealership. My husband has been with the UAW for 30 years and he is very happy with the ML350. He watch the performance videos on You tube and said I know you will be safe in that car. More
