We recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted, and we were very happy with the experience. I emailed the dealership expressing my interest in one of the models in their inventory, this was early in the morning. It wasn't even ten minutes later and I received an email from Brandon Bayer, from their the models in their inventory, this was early in the morning. It wasn't even ten minutes later and I received an email from Brandon Bayer, from their inside sales department. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and up front from the very start. He scheduled me an appointment to meet with Nick Cleary, a Sales Consultant at the dealership, for 1:00 o'clock that day. Upon arrival to the facility, I was impressed. Nick was waiting for me and had the car I inquired about, pulled up front and ready for me to test drive. During the drive, I realized this particular model wasn't for me. I had Nick running around, pulling different models, years, colors, he was incredibly patient and went above and beyond for me. While Nick was getting the models that I was interested in ready, I sat and talked with Brandon Bayer. He walked me through the different financing options and models, I was so appreciative of all the effort that was put into helping me make the best decision. Nick then set me up with Jim from financing as the final step. Jim was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and honest which only added more value to my experience! On December 11, 2013 I had the pleasure of stopping at the Mercedes-Benz in North Olmsted to “JUST LOOK” at a certified pre-owened vehicle. From the moment I walk in I knew I was in a totally different c the Mercedes-Benz in North Olmsted to “JUST LOOK” at a certified pre-owened vehicle. From the moment I walk in I knew I was in a totally different car dealer that I have been accustoming to visiting. There I met Dolores "Dee" Wolfe. She is a darling. She knew, from my previous e-mails the night before, exactly what I was looking for in a car. The car she thought I would fall in love with was exactly what I was looking for to gift my wife as a present. The car had just been acquired the night before by the dealership and had not even been pre-certified or even pictures taken for their web site. But, Dee made things happened once I was sold on the vehicle. You see, I could not wait to surprise my wife. Dee made it happen by putting the wheels in motions so that I could surprise my wife that same evening. At the end of my wife’s work day I brought her into the showroom where the car was looking sparkling clean with a big red bow on the hood and my wife name on it. It was the best experience I have ever had with Dee and the rest of the crew there at North Olmsted Mercedes-Benz. I give Dee a 10 for her salesmanship.
