Exceptional Customer Service I bought a ML350, a former demo/loaner as a CPO. It had a few issues and Mr. King and Mr. Peter Domaneant immediately offered to fix it. when all was I bought a ML350, a former demo/loaner as a CPO. It had a few issues and Mr. King and Mr. Peter Domaneant immediately offered to fix it. when all was done at delivery of the vehicle, the fender got dented at the dealership. I was both upset and very angry that without on road experience I would lose value on a ~$60K car. Mr. King and Mr. Domaneant went out of their way in demonstrating patience, common courtesy, and made a very poor situation into a win-win. Their good etiquette and old fashioned customer care, won me over, when it comes time to replace my S-Class I will contact them first, albeit they are a 100 miles away. They also won my service business as well. Kudos to Mr. King and Mr. Peter Domaneant, as long as they represent the brand the dealership is in good hands. Keep up the good work. More

Great, well organized Dealer I just purchased my second Mercedes from Harry Baker at Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead. I have three Mercedes vehicles, the first was purchased from I just purchased my second Mercedes from Harry Baker at Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead. I have three Mercedes vehicles, the first was purchased from an East Side dealer that I grew to dislike so since I had heard good things about Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead, I visited first for service, which was excellent and continues to be excellent. When it was time to look for another Mercedes for my wife, I visited the showroom and met Harry Baker. Harry is a very nice fellow who knows Mercedes Vehicles from top to bottom. When you have your vehicle serviced at MBNO, they loan you a Mercedes to drive so you have the opportunity to drive different models. After driving a new loaner, I asked Harry some questions about it and he had very practical insights and zero pressure. I hate high pressure sales. At the next service visit, they put a license plate on a brand new Mercedes and let me drive it around for a few days which let me see how I liked it during my daily travels. Not many dealers will let you do that. So when I was ready to purchase, I emailed Harry and gave him the list of vehicle models I wanted to drive. I visited the dealer, drove the cars and made a decision. Everything was painless and Harry had great examples of why customers liked certain options. I purchased that vehicle for my wife and she is quite happy with it. Two weeks ago I was ready to purchase a new Mercedes for myself (kept my old one as it is a fantastic car (180,000 miles) and their service continues to be excellent) I returned to Harry and drove the models I was interested in. I ordered one that had to be built in Germany and Harry kept me up to date on what day it was scheduled to be built, the transport overseas and arrival at the dealer. Everything was smooth, no hype, no pressure. Harry has a lot of experience with the vehicles and how they compare to the competition. I would recommend both Harry Baker and Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead to anyone who is curious about Mercedes. Great people, great service and great cars!!! More
