I had gone into the dealership for service on my Mercedes Benz C300, 2010 for a tire a wheel repair on 2/22/14. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. I was looking to purchase a new car later in the year, I explained to the salesman, Shaun Robinson my reason for waiting to purchase a new vehicle at the end of the lease. Shaun was very courteous and professional in his interaction with me. He was able to get me into a new vehicle within a decent price range, he answered all of my questions and offered to help clean out my old car for me. I then had the pleasure of interacting with the business manager Matt Youssef, he was also very courteous and professional in his interaction with me. He reviewed all of the paperwork with me in great detail and answered all of my questions. I was at the dealership longer that expected. He and Shaun both made sure that I was comfortable while waiting for my new vehicle to be cleaned and prepped. I would definitely return to this dealership. This is my 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from this particular dealer and would not go anywhere else. More

What a refreshing car buying experience. I hate buying cars but Dolores Wolfe made it as pleasurable as buying two tickets to paradise. We recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted, and we were very happy with the experience. Dee Wolfe was the sales associate that helped us, and she made sure every one of our qu of North Olmsted, and we were very happy with the experience. She even took me back to the service center so that I could talk directly to one of their technicians. The vehicle we bought was very clean, and they had already replaced all of the brake pads along with the front rotors. I’m looking forward to driving this vehicle and to the free car washes! More

I emailed the dealership expressing my interest in one of the models in their inventory, this was early in the morning. It wasn't even ten minutes later and I received an email from Brandon Bayer, from their the models in their inventory, this was early in the morning. It wasn't even ten minutes later and I received an email from Brandon Bayer, from their inside sales department. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and up front from the very start. He scheduled me an appointment to meet with Nick Cleary, a Sales Consultant at the dealership, for 1:00 o'clock that day. Upon arrival to the facility, I was impressed. Nick was waiting for me and had the car I inquired about, pulled up front and ready for me to test drive. During the drive, I realized this particular model wasn't for me. I had Nick running around, pulling different models, years, colors, he was incredibly patient and went above and beyond for me. While Nick was getting the models that I was interested in ready, I sat and talked with Brandon Bayer. He walked me through the different financing options and models, I was so appreciative of all the effort that was put into helping me make the best decision. Nick then set me up with Jim from financing as the final step. Jim was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and honest which only added more value to my experience! I ended up in a 2014 EClass Mercedes and I couldn't be more happy! If you are considering a Mercedes, then this is the place to go! More
