On December 11, 2013 I had the pleasure of stopping at the Mercedes-Benz in North Olmsted to “JUST LOOK” at a certified pre-owened vehicle. From the moment I walk in I knew I was in a totally different c the Mercedes-Benz in North Olmsted to “JUST LOOK” at a certified pre-owened vehicle. From the moment I walk in I knew I was in a totally different car dealer that I have been accustoming to visiting. There I met Dolores "Dee" Wolfe. She is a darling. She knew, from my previous e-mails the night before, exactly what I was looking for in a car. The car she thought I would fall in love with was exactly what I was looking for to gift my wife as a present. The car had just been acquired the night before by the dealership and had not even been pre-certified or even pictures taken for their web site. But, Dee made things happened once I was sold on the vehicle. You see, I could not wait to surprise my wife. Dee made it happen by putting the wheels in motions so that I could surprise my wife that same evening. At the end of my wife’s work day I brought her into the showroom where the car was looking sparkling clean with a big red bow on the hood and my wife name on it. It was the best experience I have ever had with Dee and the rest of the crew there at North Olmsted Mercedes-Benz. I give Dee a 10 for her salesmanship. While out car shopping on a Saturday we had the pleasure to meet Jon, a very knowledgeable salesman who was extremely helpful and knew a lot about a wide variety of cars. We ended up leaving the dealership to meet Jon, a very knowledgeable salesman who was extremely helpful and knew a lot about a wide variety of cars. We ended up leaving the dealership and came back the next day to look again on Sunday to see what they had again. We came across an amazing 2011 Audi S4 with the exact options and color combination that we wanted. We came back the next day and test drove the car. Little did we know we were going to have Jon as our salesman on Monday as well. He went on the test drive and was able to answer any and all questions that I had on the car. This can be shocking because when you are dealing with a wide variety of cars it is hard to know so much about so many different cars. He took us on a 30 minute test drive on a variety of roads and even allowed me to take it on any roads that I wanted to, to see how it handled. He told me that he wanted me to be comfortable with the car and drive it as long as I wanted. To me this was very shocking because too much of the time they just have a set 10 minute route, but not Jon. When we came back to the dealership we went into his office. Agreed on a number with his manager Sean King who was a very professional business man. We reserved the car and picked it up the next day. He created the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. More
