Buying a New Car with Christopher Scotti I went into MB of Northlake for servicing with Taylor Martino. I had significant repairs to make on my car due to high mileage and normal wear and tear. He guided me to look into other options for vehicles due to the cost of repairs and put me through to Chris. Chris was a huge support through the entire process. He made himself available on his day off to show me the vehicles he had and spoke with my parents extensively over the phone (as they were out of town) to make sure we were making a good decision with the transition of vehicles. He worked to find me a vehicle that I wanted within my price range with far less miles on it. He went out of his way to send Carfax, check out various brands and FaceTime with my parents to show them the cars and cost breakdown. I was not set on the vehicle shown initially, and Chris went out of his way to search the inventory list for Hendrick motors to find the car I was wanting. He navigated me through the inventory and found the right vehicle. He went to the dealership personally the same day and picked it up from another location. He stayed late that evening to test drive, discuss numbers and finalize the deal. On top of it all, I could tell that Chris was genuinely happy to have helped me find my dream car!! I have not experienced such great care at a dealership before and I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with Taylor and especially Chris! I love my new car and feel very blessed that it’s actually mine! I could not have done it without the help of the wonderful people at MB Northlake! More

No matter how great a company's products may be, their reputation is built on the level of service provided and perceptions that are created through the interactions between clients and associates. This is my third or fourth time working with the associates at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake, and every time I take the 30+ min drive back home (as I live in Fort Mill, SC), I find myself singing nothing but high praise about this dealership. My visit started on a Saturday for a routine service appointment, but I had also spoken with one of the admin ladies and scheduled time to speak with sales about options to terminate my lease and buy out my car. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by multiple people, who were all more than accommodating. Taylor in the service department took my car back to begin the service and I was introduced to Chris Scotti, who would take care of discussing my lease/buy out options. From the beginning, I could tell that Chris was a genuine person. He was not there to try to confuse me with options I didn't need, or sell me something I didn't want. We talked about what I wanted, why I wanted it, and he laid out the options for me. No pressure at all, and more importantly, he wanted to make sure that I received the best possible deal without any of the extra "add-ons" that most dealerships try to sneak in for a novice car buyer. In order to buy out my contract, we decided to get my car certified pre-owned, which would take some extra time for the dealership to review to understand what all was needed. During that time, Chris hooked me up with a loaner vehicle, found a gym for me, sent me the directions, gave me a post workout snack and off I went to pass the time doing things I needed to do instead of wasting time waiting around there. Upon return, it was determined that my car would need some additional work to certify, so they gave me the loaner to take home and use until my car was ready. Chris stayed in contact with me on a regular basis updating me on the progress of my car and scheduling a day and time to come back when it was ready that worked for MY schedule. Although Chris had other obligations the night I returned, he waited for me to get there, took me out to see my car, showed me all the work/repairs that had been done, and stayed with my to ensure I was in good hands with Brad Comfort, who I also met Saturday and would take care of me in Chris' absence. Brad took me through the final steps of my buy out, and made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was making the right decisions. Again, he was upfront and honest about the add-on services and gave recommendations but did not pressure or try to sway me into anything. I drove off feeling like a new woman, SO good about the decisions I had made, and thankful for the level of service I experienced here once again. I now own my car, my payments are less than they were before, and my car is like brand new (thanks to the CPO). I titled this review "Customer Service > Sales", based on a text message I sent to my friend immediately after I left the dealership that night. My message stated," This place has excellent customer service. Everyone at the dealership was super attentive and nice to me. I was never left by myself. They had snacks and drinks waiting for me when I walked in tonight. The guy I worked with Saturday had to leave, but stayed later than he was supposed to be there to make sure I was in good hands. Just really nice people all in all and were very honest and upfront about what I did and didn't need cost wise to make my decisions easy. It seemed very much like they are in the business of service, rather than sales." Most people don't brag about their experience at a car dealership. Those that haven't though, haven't been to Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. Thank you all for making me feel like part of the family :)!! I highly recommend this location for all of your Mercedes-Benz needs. More

Harley listened to what I wanted, he found it, called to see if I wanted to see it. I did and he assured me that all issue's, ie; scratches would be repaired. I picked up my car today, it's looks new, he kept his word, he is not pushy, is professional, honest, respectful and kind. Harley saved this sale! He is the reason I did not take my business elsewhere! We love him! More

Me John Midkiff was the sales person I meet with and he was exceptional in every way and went beyond and above to make sure I was happy and understood everything. The store manager, finance officer, service department and the lovely lady that showed me everything about my new vehicle was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I was so happy I brought my wife the next day and my mother in law a couple months later. Both bought new cars from John Midkiff and the staff here. Everyone was so happy with this staff and still is today. Excellent and best car buying experience ever. Mrs. A More
Will not be back - Shotty workmanship Brought my car in for service when the check oil light came on. Just 2 weeks later, the oil light came back on again. Brought it back in thinking it would be re- repaired free of charge. Nope. I didn't realize it at the time of the first repair and my service advisor did not bother to tell me, the mechanic put in his notes there was so much oil leaking he couldn't tell if he had actually fixed all the leaks but I could deal with it when I came in again for another service! Took it down the street to an independent mechanic and will from now on bring my car there. Hendricks Mercedes has forever lost my business and I would not recommend to anyone. More

Taylor knows zero about cars and told me one of the main issues would be fixed after I paid $1200 . He's basically a flunky that sits at a desk and takes people's hard earned money . Would never directly call me to go over repair or explain anything . Did not respond one word when knowing repair was done incorrectly did not offer to make it right . Do not put yourself through the agony of dealing with this ultra greedy dealership and their idiotic employees . After my initial visit I was sent a customer satisfaction survey via email which I said work not done correctly . No one followed up . Candace you don't know who your unhappy customers are ? It's not that hard to figure out ! Read the surveys YOU send out . But then again , those surveys are private and only seen by you so why would you bother ? Exactly why I posted . Awful businesses that rip people off while smiling in your face need to be called out . Will never buy another MB or buy from any Hendricks dealerships again . More
First time customer I visited the Mercedes-Benz Northlake for the first time today with the anticipation of purchasing a vehicle. When I walked into the dealership I was I visited the Mercedes-Benz Northlake for the first time today with the anticipation of purchasing a vehicle. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by the assistant who mentioned that all of the sale representatives were busy helping other customers. I told her I didn't have a problem waiting in the lobby. Meanwhile, another couple walked into the dealership shortly after me. After waiting in the lobby for a few minutes, I asked the assistant if it be ok if I walked around the lot to look at the vehicles. She said I could and would direct the sales representative to come outside to meet me. She also provided me with an overview of where to find the new and pre-owned inventory. I spent about 8-minutes walking around the lot when I noticed the couple that came into dealership after me being helped by a sales representative. As I proceeded back into the dealership I was then greeted by another employee who mentioned that a sales representative was on his way to meet me. I then mentioned that I was a bit taken back to see the couple who entered the dealership after me receive immediate service. He said, "I apologize for that, but we have been slammed all day. I guess people are coming out to shop for cars given the nice weather". So I told him that I would wait another minute or so. He then walked back into the dealership and I waited for another minute and then spoke to the assistance. I told her that I wasn't waiting any longer because I had been there for nearly 10-minutes. Not to mention the couple that came into the dealership after me received immediate service. She said, "I completely understand. However, the sales representative that is helping that couple was instructed to come to see you. He decided to assist the couple instead. I mentioned this to my General Manger so he is also aware. I apologize that this happened to you, but we do have someone who is available to help you". I told her, " I appreciate you being candid with me and all of your help. I came into this dealership today with the anticipation of purchasing a vehicle. However, my customer service experience doesn't meet my expectation and for that reason I've decided to leave. Again, thank you for all your help". I am sharing my experience and hope that it brings awareness to the sales team at the Mercedes-Benz Northlake to treat all customers fairly. I've also contacted Hendrick corporate and have issued a complaint. More
