Want to Thank Mercedes Benz of NorthLake for the perfect example of how car buying should go! I bought the FIRST 2015 C300 from them a few days ago...they gave me "Red Carpet" treatment. I actually showed up on a Sunday - assuming they were open. They were not, but had staff on hand to walk me through the purchase of my vehicle. Jim Cochran took us on a test drive, Chad Woods sat down and worked through the process and numbers with us. Matt had us sign paperwork and Jahmal came to our home and personally walked me through the funcionality of the car! What a STAR team...The transition from team member to team member was seamless and the overall experience was phenomenal! I told Chad that I had actually come prepared for a little fight...as my usual experience is with car buying that you go back and forth for hours until you can come to some agreement. I left there with the payment and down payment I had intended on and not a dollar over within a limited amount of time! Talk about giving you what you want! One last call out - I have two small children and the staff catered to them the entire time with movies, games, snacks and drinks so I could focus on the purchase. Seriously guys...you nailed it! Although I was pretty upside down in my 2011 Cadillac Esclade ESV , Demarco and Jacob kept looking and working the deal to get a little closer than they were at first. Demarco made every step of the way comfortable with my wife and I and kept us informed and treated us with the up most respect.I have had many cars in my life and bought several new ones and traded many times and by far Demarco and the North lake Mercedes-Benz staff made this experience one I can truly feel good about, I didn't leave there thinking or wondering dang should I have not done that or should I have did something different And Jacob made the paperwork smooth and painless and was very polite and great to work with and Jahmal Hemphill was great in walking up through the how to use our New Mercedes and how to operate all the bells and whistles, Jahmal was informative and took extra time to make sure I was completely comfortable with my new car. Great experience that matches a great car My husband and I met with Rob several months ago looking for a GLK. He kept us informed about what was available, but was not aggressive. When I saw an SUV I was interested in we were able to meet with Rob again. It was nice to have the same sales person every time. The GLK needed some touch ups before we could take it home. Rob kept us informed through the whole process. There is a level of expectations that come with driving a Mercedes and buying one, Rob did not disappoint! When picking up the vehicle Jahmal walked me through all of the features of the car. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable in my new car! More

They made every step in the car buying process pleasant and enjoyable. From vehicle selection, test drive, financing and delivery, each phase was executed flawlessly. Alexis Greene was the best client advisor I have had the pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand what was important to me and then she guided me in the right directions that would produce the best outcomes based on my needs and preferences. Jacob Cates explained the financing choices available and handled the document preparation with an impressive degree of skill and expertise. He was easy to understand and helped me find the perfect financing. Lastly, Jahmal Hemphill was my product concierge and took the time to explain the features and functions of my "new" ML 350. Jahmal was very patience and he has an amazing knowledge of every menu, every screen and every button in the vehicle. He is amazing and a wonderful teacher. By the time I drove away, I felt very much at home with the people and the dealership and very comfortable that I had made a great purchase in the best possible location.
