This dealer stole our 2,600$ winter tires stored there over winter.. First they were “lost” then they said we “ abandoned “ them because we didn’t use them previous winters due to serious illness and our over winter.. Owner told us “sorry” but unwilling to compensate us due to we just sold the car!!!! Previous letters and reviews were not printed here. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN'T FIX ANY THING. NOTHING! I'VE TAKEN MY 2018 300E IN FOR PROBLEMS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS YET TO SUCCESSFULLY FIX ANY THING. Always give me wrong information Every time I take my car in for an oil change/check-up, I am told repairs are needed. One time they said my battery was bad and wouldn't make it thro Every time I take my car in for an oil change/check-up, I am told repairs are needed. One time they said my battery was bad and wouldn't make it through the winter ($400 to replace). That was 3 years ago. Last time I was told my brakes were shot. After every visit, I have a local mechanic take a look (who specializes in Mercedes, but not at a dealership) and he says its all fine!! More
