BJack I had a failed battery supplied by Mercedes. It did last for almost six years so I was not disappointed when it failed. I was due for a routine checku I had a failed battery supplied by Mercedes. It did last for almost six years so I was not disappointed when it failed. I was due for a routine checkup the day before it failed so it was almost perfect timing because I was requesting in my service that the battery be replaced. There were a number of deferred maintenance items that were also attended to during the service which was greatly appreciated. Dan has been an outstanding member of the service. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and explains the maintenance items clearly. And as equally important, the cost never exceeds the quoted price for the repairs. It is an outstanding dealership and service center. More
