Robert Battle is a consummate professional and a tremendous salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the options available to me, and he has a calm, friendly, and respectful demeanor that made the tremendous salesman. I had my BMW salesperson calling me throughout my time there trying to provide a final offer on a 760xi, and I ended up leasing an S580 instead entirely due to the excellent customer experience that Robert provided. He also personally delivered the car to my home, which I greatly appreciated. I also worked with Matt Cannella in the finance department who did an excellent job getting the paperwork squared away. Robert and Matt are a true credit to Mercedes-Benz of Orange County. More

Used to be my favorite place to get service but after recent staff changes not sure I will return . Slow to return calls , missed items and requests, inconsistent pricing on the same exact vehicle and lack of knowledge for their own advertised discounts . Valve caps not replaced on tires after service. No knowledge of process for manufacture or extended warranty items .Sometimes it’s the little things that can drive you away . Sucks as was very good before and always a pleasure to come in . More
