Took me early. The process is efficient in so far as the Service Consultant going over my requirements and entering it into the database before work is undertaken. The process is efficient in so far as the Service Consultant going over my requirements and entering it into the database before work is undertaken. The consultant made sure I was informed of anything of significance so I could decide how to proceed. The audio/video by the technician of the condition of the entire vehicle was excellent.
