My car went in for a scheduled routine serve B, which was completed in 2 days. After it sat at the dealership for nearly 3 months waiting for the windshield wiper motor to be replaced which was found during completed in 2 days. There was no communication with me unless I constantly called to check on the status. I was met with attitude and rushed off with no answer or update each time. They could not even provide me with a comparable loaner and 3 months without my truck with a child is a big inconvenience. They did not seem to care or have any concern. It was not until I called corporate to get answers that I was taken somewhat seriously. Corporate decided to grant me a good will payment to cover my car payment for 2 months which went to the dealership and I never saw. I questioned the dealership and was told they have nothing to do with corporate and I would have to deal with them. Just one run around after the other it seems like. More

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. STAY AWAY! I paid for 3 Services, that one has to do each 10K miles. However, I was only given 2, and scammed out of the third Service that I paid fo STAY AWAY! I paid for 3 Services, that one has to do each 10K miles. However, I was only given 2, and scammed out of the third Service that I paid for when I leased my vehicle. They wanted me to pay $900 for the Third Service that I already prepaid for during initial purchase. Their excuse was that I went over my miles by just a little bit. Which is complete LIE! I leased this vehicle as a Floor Model and it already had over 8,000 miles on it. And I sill have 2 years before the lease is up. So I still plenty of unused miles that I also paid for during lease signing. So I asked them to then refund me for my third service, since I already paid for it. And they refused to do that also. They never mentioned anything about any mile limit that has to do with the 10K Services. Not during the initial signing, not during the previous service when I came in. This dealership is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! The guy that is in Charge there is Walter, and he never returned my calls. They refused to take responsibility for what they sold me, and screwed me out of the third service that I paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, AS THEY ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH! More
