From when I first walked in and was greeted by Anna to my dealings with L.J Walters the Sales Manager, to the sales team of Austin McKinnon and Drew Johnson it was a magnificent experience. They were all patient and respectful of my wife and myself. Never once did we feel pressured, they exceeded my expectations. From deciding on the equipment and model, the whole team was there to assist. Our questions were answered and the process they have in place is successful. The model we wanted was not in stock and they worked diligently to locate one. Unfortunately, because of our equipment choices and my desire to get the exact vehicle I want they suggested we order the vehicle. We did and they kept us up to date with the unit’s progress as it was built and shipped. We were notified of the car’s arrival and set up a time to finalize the transaction. We were trading one of our cars and that process was fantastic. In a matter of minutes, they had a real fair assessment of our trade. What impressed us was the fact to evaluate we understood they ran a Carfax, checked local values and still provided the trade-in amount in a short amount of time. From initial contact to delivery the entire process at this dealership was enjoyable. The dealership is clean, staff respectful and they can take care of all your transportation needs. Sales of new and used vehicles as well as service they can handle it all at this location. In conclusion I want to say they were fair, honest and patient with us. This was the best experience we had in all the years of purchasing cars. We appreciate the way they conduct business at MB of Orange Park. More
When they are taking your money they are nice. But if you have the slightest issue you will not have it addressed nor will you get a call back. Good purchase....bad ending.. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes SL63 with two years factory warranty left. After the paperwork was done I asked for my 2nd key. I was told they only had I purchased a 2015 Mercedes SL63 with two years factory warranty left. After the paperwork was done I asked for my 2nd key. I was told they only had one and I wasn't getting a 2nd key because they cost $400. The sales manager, JD Wilkerson, offered to undo the deal. He said I got too good a deal.... but this was my 2nd trip from 2 hours away so I wasn't letting $500 keep me from a $90k car. When I got home, I realized all of the manuals were gone, also and the front wheel had a broken lug. I'm just disappointed to have bought this at a Mercedes dealership. I just expected to not have to worry about this stuff. It kind of felt like a buy here pay here when it was finished. My salesman, Mark, was great. No problems with him at all. More

As a five time Lexus owner I am very pleased with my selection of a certified 2014 ML 350. I went in exploring prices and models and Charles took the time to explain these details. Although I was not intending to buy immediately, I was very impressed with the Mercedes brand. Charles and Joe both helped with the negotiating and it was very pleasant and not time consuming at all. Charles went the extra mile to help me deliver the contract to financing in a timely manner. Both Charles and Joe made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and went above and beyond to make sure I drove off the lot 100% content. I will definitely recommend this dealership and refer my friends to Charles and Joe for the same outstanding service that I received. More

We travel to Jacksonville frequently and as there is not a Lexus dealership in Tallahassee, we knew that when the time came, we would buy in Jacksonville. We had an absolutely unbelievable experience with Lexus of Orange Park. I cannot describe the professionalism and personal care we received at this dealership. We spent hours with the associates explaining in detail our new purchase, from sales to service. We did not leave without being fully schooled in all of the new, to us, electronics and luxury items in my wonderful new vehicle. I have received calls from ours Sales Representative, Technical Support Manager and Service Manager, to make sure we are happy and have no unanswered questions. Special thanks to Shannon Roy who held in there during the sales process, on the phone. As it was a long distance purchase, he hung in there during all of our questions, answering them immediately, sending us pictures and everything else that we requested. Thank you Shannon.
