Lied too from Tim about the problem and price of repairs I have filed a formal complaint. Joe the service manager went along with Timothy when finding out the problem was not my air compressor once Tim sat I have filed a formal complaint. Joe the service manager went along with Timothy when finding out the problem was not my air compressor once Tim sat in Joe office and lied to me and said 100% it’s the air compressor when come to find out it was the alternator. I was taken advantage of due to being a black female. I was charged $2,492.00 for the air compressor which wasn’t the problem. I came to pick my vehicle up and the same noise that it was making when I took it in for was never resolved. I never left the lot so they took the car back. When notified by Tim he tells me now oh it’s the Alternator. Now Joe calls me back and explains he can take the air compressor off refund the money and just charge $900 plus taxes to do the alternator once I explain to Joe I have filed a formal complaint now his attitude has changed no more putting old air compressor back on now either get both things done or we won’t do the job. This is not the first time I have had issues with Timothy in regards to my vehicle he tells you different prices each time u speak with him and he needs to be held accountable. Joe the service manager and Tim are strictly concerned about making a profit instead of the customers vehicle. I will never deal with Mercedes Benz of Orland Park ever again. More
